Author Notes: Mouthwatering creamy buffalo chicken dip with a nice kick of spice from Franks. Perfect for a party, or the Superbowl!Dash of Amy

Serves: 10


  • 3 chicken breasts cut in large pieces
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Weber roasted garlic & herb
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add olive oil, chicken, and seasonings.
  2. Cook until done, then transfer to food processor, and pulse until chopped.

  • 8 ounces organic cream cheese
  • 1 cup organic sour cream
  • 1 cup Frank's red hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 5 green onions, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese (or blue cheese)
  1. In a large mixing bowl place cream cheese, sour cream, Frank's and seasonings.
  2. Mix really well, then add chicken and mix more.
  3. Place in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with green onions, top with cheese. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
