This caramel sauce can be used in lots of different ways, as a breakfast spread or as a filling for cakes and cookies.

Makes: 1 cup

  • 22 Dates
  • 125 milliliters Full fat coconut milk
  • 1 Vanilla bean (the seeds)
  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer and mix util the sauce become thick and smooth, like a caramel sauce.
  2. Store it in the fridge.
