Listen, I love Nashville style hot chicken and I also love southern style bbq sauce. So naturally, I feel as though these two things should reenact a scene from Basic Instinct. And personally, I have no problem with that.
Adjust the cayenne to turn the heat up and down, adjust the bbq sauce for tang and sweetness. ENJOY! —Chef Ramone

Ingredients

4.5 tablespoons
Cayenne

1 tablespoon
Brown Sugar

1 .5 teaspoons
Chili Powder

1 teaspoon
Paprika

1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon
Onion Powder

3/4 cup
Oil, Heated to 325 - 350F

1/3 cup
Your fave Mustard BBQ sauce

1 teaspoon
Honey
-
1/3 cup
Water
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together in a verrrrry heat safe bowl.

Slowly whisk in hot oil. (This is the point where you will find out how important it was to use a heat safe bowl)

Add bbq sauce.

Add honey. Add Water. Mix.

Slather allllll over any meat, fried or otherwise that you wish. I'd even rock it on Tofu.
