Ingredients
  • 2 Ripe (not mushy) bananas
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar (light or dark)
Directions
  1. Peel and slice bananas in half
  2. Melt butter in fry pan until golden brown
  3. Add bananas cut side down
  4. After about one minute, check underside of bananas. This is a matter of preference, flip when browned to your liking. Mine take about a minute.
  5. After flipping, sprinkle brown sugar on each banana and the remainder into the pan.
  6. Serve 2 banana slices (equals one whole banana) with yogurt, cottage cheese, over waffles or pancakes.
  7. Mix sugar and butter in pan, drizzle over the plate.
