Serves 2

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Ground Cinnamon
  1. Place banans and almond milk in a blender and puree until smooth
  2. Strain banana and milk mixture into a small sauce pot
  3. Over medium heat, slowly warm up the banana milk mixture until hot, but not boiling
  4. Add unsweetened cocoa powder and whisk until well combined. For a strong cocoa flavor add 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  5. Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows and ground cinnamon
