Author Notes: This Organic bread is gluten free and great for breakfast with nut butter.
It is easy to make and simply delicious.

Makes: 1 loaf

  • 1 cup organic walnuts
  • 1/2 cup organic almond butter
  • 1/4 cup organic almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons organic chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan
  • 3 large organic eggs
  • 1/4 cup organic maple syrup
  • 1 tsp organic cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon organic ginger
  • 3 large organic eggs
  • 1/4 cup organic maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon organic cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup organic raisins
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 7" X 4" pan
  2. In a food processor add walnuts and blend until crumbly then add all dry ingredients and bend.
  3. Add remaining ingredients ( except for raisins ) and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into pan and sprinkle raisins on top and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
