Ripe Banana (big dark brown spot kind)
cup Frozen mango, ataulfo type is my favorite here
cup Vanilla Yogurt
cup Frozen Applesauce (I put it in a ice cube tray for convenience -use 2
teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Combine all the ingredients into your blender of choice and process until smooth. If too thick for your liking, add milk or ice cubes 1 T at a time until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
