This acai bowl recipe is a classic. A mixed berry, acai, & coconut milk base is topped with fresh tropical fruit and crunchy granola! Brought to you by livingfreshdaily.com —Kailey

What You'll Need
  • 2 teaspoons Acai Powder
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 3/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 3/4 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  1. Add frozen fruit and acai powder to blender
  2. Add half of the coconut milk to the blender and blend until well combined
  3. If the smoothie is still too thick or your blender is having trouble blending then add the remaining coconut milk and blend until you reach your desired thickness
  4. Add your favorite toppings
  5. Take a picture of your beautiful smoothie bowl and post it to all of your social media accounts
  6. Enjoy!
