Blueberry Banana Yogurt Parfait

Simple, delicious and healthy way to start your mornings. Blueberry banana smoothie layered with vanilla low-fat yogurt topped with granola and berries.


Serves: 2


  • 2 cups Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Honey
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2-3 tablespoons Granola
In This Recipe


  1. Blend the blueberries,banana,honey and 1 cup vanilla yogurt for a minute or until you get a pink colored smoothie consistency.
  2. Now in a glass jar, layer the vanilla yogurt and and blueberry banana smoothie.
  3. Sprinkle some granola and blueberries on top.
  4. Enjoy chilled!
