sour cream

1/2 cup
mayonnaise

buttermilk

lemon, juiced

Directions
- Buffalo Chicken

Heat a skillet over medium heat, and add olive oil and chicken.

Sprinkle the chicken with spices and minced garlic.

Cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until chicken is done.

Add butter and Frank's to the pan and cook until butter is melted and sauce is bubbling. Transfer to a covered dish.
- Ranch Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

To assemble sandwiches, spread ranch on one side of the bread and top with green onions, then chicken, tomatoes, and lettuce.
