8 ounces
whole milk mozzarella cheese block, sliced

small tomatoes, finely chopped

olive oil

garlic cloves, minced

basil leaves, finely chopped
Directions
- Chicken Breasts

Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and add olive oil and chicken.

Sprinkle half of the spices over the chicken evenly, and cook for about 4 minutes.

Flip the chicken over once it's golden and add the other half of the seasonings.

Cook until the chicken is cooked through, then transfer to a baking dish.

Place sliced cheese generously over each piece of chicken.

Bake at 375* for 5 minutes, then broil for an additional 3 minutes to melt the cheese.

Place chicken on a plate and spoon the bruschetta over the top.
**Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top for a nice finishing touch.**
