Author Notes

This recipe is my family’s go-to recipe for ribs. It’s saucy, sweet, and full of bursting flavor and caramelized goodness. Don’t even think of just eating just one. :)

If you prefer a fruitier version, add preserved chutney (about 2 tablespoons). If you enjoy spicy foods, add 1 teaspoon to 2 tablespoons of chili powder, sriracha, or chipotle sauce.
