340 grams
Flour

90 grams
Confectioner’s sugar

180 grams
Butter

2 teaspoons
Vanilla

2 tablespoons
Cocoa chocolate
Directions

Mix the butter ,vanilla and cocoa chocolate in the mixer .
Add the sugar confeccionar.
Then , add the flour gradually.
Then , mix with your hands to form a dough very firm.
Open the dough with a roll, cover the dough with a
Waterproof papel and place in the refrigerador for 20 minuts.
Cut the cookies with the springerle molds .
place in oven 180 degrees pre heated in baking sheet lined.
You can make the dough in two halfs,in one half add Cocoa, and in the
Other does not.
