National Mai Tai Day is Saturday, June 30th and to celebrate the occasion, Foxwoods Resort Casino’s Golden Dragon has decided to share the recipe for their famous cocktail. Perfect for a summer night, Golden Dragon’s Mai Tai features a delicious blend of rum, pineapple juice and orange juice with a twist of orange liqueur.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2.5 ounces Myers Black Rum
  • .5 ounces Orange Curacao
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • .75 ounces Orgeat syrup
  • 1.5 ounces pineapple juice
  • .5 ounces orange juice
Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice.
  2. Shake and strain into an iced tiki glass.
  3. Place a tiny umbrella through a pineapple slice and use as a garnish.
  4. Sit back, relax and enjoy!
