Shrimp boil

Serves: 2
Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 20 min

  • 225 grams shrimp, tail off
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 ears of corn, shucked and quartered
  • 5 grams old bay seasoning + extra paprika (optional)
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 225 grams potatoes, cut into 1.5 inch chunks
  • 1 bunch parsley, roughly chopped
  1. preheat oven to 400. boil water and add salt. add potatoes and cook 5 minutes. add corn and cook another 2 minutes. remove, drain and add to a large bowl
  2. add garlic and old bay to melted butter. add the shrimp to the bowl with the veg and toss everything with the butter/seasoning.
  3. pour everything onto a sheet pan in one layer. put in the oven for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
  4. to serve, top with the parsley and lemon
