A delicious and amazingly healthy breakfast bowl made with raw oats, blueberries, banana, and walnuts. —Shane Martin

What You'll Need
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 banana peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries thawed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon hemp, chia, or ground flax seed
  • unsweetened plant-milk of choice
  1. Toss all ingredients into a bowl, mix well, cover with plant milk and eat.
