Chocolate Sunflower Seed ButterĀ Cups

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dairy free or dark chocolate chips
  • 6 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Line a mini muffin tray with mini unbleached parchment baking cups.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and add 1/2 tbsp of chocolate into each cup. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is solid.
  3. In the microwave or over a double boiler, soften the sunflower seed butter so that it is thinned out a bit. Add the vanilla and sea salt and mix well.
  4. Add 1 tsp of the sunflower seed butter mixture to each cup. Add 1/2 tsp of chocolate to cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the cups are solid.
