5-ingredient energy balls made with walnuts, dates, pecans, cacao powder, and salt! They are dairy-free, grain-free, and gluten-free! They work perfectly as a snack or a dessert! Enjoy! —Lauren Cook

What You'll Need
  • 2 cups dates
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse 4-5 times for 2-4 seconds each time.
  2. Take a tablespoon-sized dollop of the mix out per ball, shape into a ball, and voila!
