No-Bake Savory Cream CheeseĀ Pie

Easy and delicious no-bake cream cheese pie. —Luz Estrella

What You'll Need
  • 2 cups salted crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 ounces milk
  • salt and pepper
  1. Break the crackers and place in a food processor, and pulse until the crackers are crushed into fine crumbs. Place crumbs in a bowl.
  2. Melt the butter and pour into the crackers, make sure is well combined. Once ready, press into a pie pan. Place in the fridge for an hour.
  3. In a blender or food processor add the cheese, chives, milk, salt, and pepper. Fill the pie crust with the mixture and reserve in the fridge until ready to cut.
