Ingredients

2 cups
salted crackers

1 cup
butter
-
2 cups
cream cheese

2 tablespoons
chopped chives

2 ounces
milk

salt and pepper
Directions

Break the crackers and place in a food processor, and pulse until the crackers are crushed into fine crumbs. Place crumbs in a bowl.

Melt the butter and pour into the crackers, make sure is well combined. Once ready, press into a pie pan. Place in the fridge for an hour.

In a blender or food processor add the cheese, chives, milk, salt, and pepper. Fill the pie crust with the mixture and reserve in the fridge until ready to cut.
