Berry Coconut Soft Serve

  • 1 cup frozen huckleberries, blackberries or blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen into chunks
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
In This Recipe


  1. Place berries, banana, avocado, 1/4 cup coconut milk and cinnamon in a high speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add up to an additional 1/4 cup of coconut milk as needed to get the machine going and scrape down the sides of the machine as needed.
  3. Portion into bowls and top with extra berries.
