Cook time: 45 min
cup unsifted, all purpose flour
teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon table salt
cup mashed, ripe banana (about 2 bananas)
teaspoons vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350° F and spray baking pan with non-stick spray
- Stir together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl
- Add in the mashed banana, mayonnaise, water, and vanilla. Beat ingredients together with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes- 1 hour until golden brown. A toothpick should come out clean. Eat right away or freeze up to 3 months
