I first made this sauce for a family contest out of 31 sauces this one won It is a sweet sauce with a bit at the end really brings out the flavor of pork beef as well as sea food hope you like it cant wait for feedback —Dennis Allemani

Ingredients

16 oz ketchup

4oz yellow mustard

small can pinapple

small can manderan oranges

bag dark brown sugar

1 or 2
bottles tiger sauce

1/2 cup
white vinagar
Directions

In a sauce pan combine ketchup, mustard, vinegar together in a sauce pan when hot (not boiling) add brown sugar mix with wood spoon

with brown sugar melted into mix take pineapple and oranges drain and crush add to sauce let simmer stirring for about 15 to 20 min. add 1 bottle tiger sauce to mix stir for 3 min. taste the tiger sauce adds the kick if you want bigger kick add bottle #2.
