Author Notes: Healthy berry popsicles are filled with fresh strawberries, tart raspberries and creamy coconut milk for a treat or pre/post workout snack. We use Purium Power Apple-Berry Shake mix so it's bursting with flavor and superfoods! —Madalyn Friedrich

tablespoons Purium apple-berry power shake mix*
cups coconut milk
pieces strawberries, fresh
cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
tablespoon maple syrup
- Cut fruit in pieces. (Don't use all frozen fruit. Mixture needs to be thin enough to pour into molds.)
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
