Healthy berry popsicles are filled with fresh strawberries, tart raspberries and creamy coconut milk for a treat or pre/post workout snack. We use Purium Power Apple-Berry Shake mix so it's bursting with flavor and superfoods! —Madalyn Friedrich

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Purium apple-berry power shake mix*
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 15 pieces strawberries, fresh
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
Directions
  1. Cut fruit in pieces. (Don't use all frozen fruit. Mixture needs to be thin enough to pour into molds.)
  2. Combine all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
