Healthy berry popsicles are filled with fresh strawberries, tart raspberries and creamy coconut milk for a treat or pre/post workout snack. We use Purium Power Apple-Berry Shake mix so it's bursting with flavor and superfoods! —Madalyn Friedrich
Ingredients

2 tablespoons
Purium apple-berry power shake mix*

2 cups
coconut milk
-
15 pieces
strawberries, fresh

1/4 cup
raspberries, fresh or frozen

1 tablespoon
maple syrup

1 pinch
salt
Directions

Cut fruit in pieces. (Don't use all frozen fruit. Mixture needs to be thin enough to pour into molds.)

Combine all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
