As we get back into the swing of things and have gotten back into our regular lives, we've developed a delicious meal using organic and certified humane sliced ham that is Anything but a Sandwich, because despite how delicious sandwiches, they can get pretty boring!
This sliced Ham Cobb Salad is the perfect edition to your lunchboxes, helping you celebrate diversity in the lunchbox. —Taylor Kaye
Ingredients

1 teaspoon
salt

1 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper

heads romaine lettuce, coarsely chopped

hard-boiled eggs, peeled and quartered

slices of duBreton ham cut into small squares

slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

avocado, thinly sliced and diced

4 ounces
blue cheese, crumbled

5 ounces
cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons
chopped chives
Directions

On a large platter, spread out lettuce, then add rows of hard-boiled egg, duBreton sliced ham, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, and cherry tomatoes.

Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with dressing of your choice, and garnish with chives.
