Ingredients

20 grams
cheddar cheese

20 grams
parmesan cheese

20 grams
stilton blue cheese

2 pieces
sourdough bread

5 grams
fresh chives

20 grams
butter
Directions

Preheat pan on the stove. Butter both sides of the the 2 slices of sourdough bread.

Sprinkle one piece of bread with 3 cheeses and chives. Close sandwich and place onto hot pan
-
Press down with a spatula and cook until crispy and golden (about 2 minutes). Flip toast and cook on the other side for the same amount of time.
