grams cheddar cheese
grams parmesan cheese
grams stilton blue cheese
pieces sourdough bread
grams fresh chives
- Preheat pan on the stove. Butter both sides of the the 2 slices of sourdough bread.
- Sprinkle one piece of bread with 3 cheeses and chives. Close sandwich and place onto hot pan
- Press down with a spatula and cook until crispy and golden (about 2 minutes). Flip toast and cook on the other side for the same amount of time.
