A fast and flavorful chili recipe using grass fed ground beef and white beans. Topped off with avocado, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Done in less than 15 minutes. —Dash of Amy
Ingredients

olive oil

1 pound
organic grass fed ground beef

red onion, diced

2 tablespoons
jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

garlic cloves, minced

16 ounces
creamy tomato soup

16 ounces
can white cannellini beans, strained & rinsed

16 ounces
petite diced tomatoes

2 teaspoons
salt

1/2 teaspoon
black pepper

1/2 teaspoon
oregano

1 teaspoon
chili powder

4-8 ounces
shredded cheddar cheese

avocado, diced

1/2 cup
sour cream
Directions

Heat a large stock pot over medium heat, add the olive oil and onions, mix well.

Cook for one minute, then add the ground beef breaking up with a wooden spoon.

After a couple minutes add the jalapeno peppers and garlic, mix well.

Continue cooking until the meat is done, then add the tomato soup, beans, diced tomatoes, and spices.

Mix well and cook for a few minutes until flavors are blended.

Spoon the chili into a bowl, and top with shredded cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, and diced avocado.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
