Strawberry Mint Gelatin

This is a vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free macrobiotic dessert. It's so tasty you'll want to eat it all! —Vegan Blessing

What You'll Need
  • 500 milliliters pure water
  • 300 grams organic strawberries
  • 1 apple
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons organic rice syrup
  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • organic mint leaves
  1. in a pan, mix well the water, the agar-agar, the syrup, and the salt
  2. cut the fruit in pieces, leaving 100g of strawberries aside, and add into the mixture
  3. bring it to a boil and cook it for ten minutes
  4. shred the mixture
  5. add the rest of the strawberries and let it cook for a couple of minutes
  6. add some mint leaves
  7. put it in a silicon form and let it cool and solidify
