In a wok or a medium skillet over medium low heat, add in oil, and butter. Once hot and butter starts to melt, add in garlic. Let the butter infused with the garlic, stiring frequently to avoild garlic from burning.

When the garlic is cooked, turn heat up to medium. Toss in the noodles, fish sauce, oyster sauce and parmesan cheese. Let the noodles cook with the garlic for a few minutes, soaking all that flavors. Transfer to a plate and serve with your favorite toppings. Garnish with green onions.
