Fast and Easy Broccoli Cheese Soup

This is for those chilly nights when you discover there is nothing for dinner. —Elizabeth

  • Prep time 10 minutes
  • Cook time 30 minutes
  • Serves 2-4
  • 1 10 1/2 oz can cheese and broccoli soup
  • 1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 handfuls Frozen broccoli heads
  • 1-2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • onion and garlic powder to taste
  • milk
In This Recipe
  1. Heat the two soups mixed with milk as directed on the cans and add the other ingredients. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
  2. Serve with additional grated cheese as a topping.
