Cacao Pecans Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Medjool Dates (pits removed)
  • 4 tablespoons Almond Butter (unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
  • pinches Salt

Directions

  1. Place the nuts and dates in the food processor + blend till you get a crumbly texture.
  2. Add in the almond butter + salt and blend.
  3. Place the mixture into the fridge to firm for 5-minutes.
  4. Place the cacao powder on a plate + remove the mixture from the fridge.
  5. Roll 1 tbsp amounts into balls + roll around in the cacao powder.
  6. Store in a glass jar + place in the fridge.
