Buffalo chicken dip

I make this dip every year for my annual holiday party and it has now become the #1 ask by everyone! It makes a lot but disappears VERY quickly!


Ingredients

  • 1 Red pepper chopped
  • 1 Green bell pepper chopped
  • 16 ounce Franks red hot
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese
  • 8 ounce Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 ounce Blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 packet Purdue regular or buffalo chicken breasts chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 12 ounce Shredded cheddar
  • 8 ounce Ranch dressing

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix all items together. You can cut the cream cheese in chunks and leave on top as it will melt as it heats.

  • Step 2

    Cook at 350 for about 30 - 40 mins until bubbling. Every 15 minutes stir the entire dish up.

  • Step 3

    Serve with Tostitos scoops to get all the good stuff!
