This dessert is perfect for those looking to curb a craving or packing a dessert for the holiday! It is 100% gluten and dairy-free. —Sara

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1.5 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Ghee
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, place all dry ingredients + mix until well combined.
  2. Add in wet ingredients + stir till you have a cake batter like consistency.
  3. Pour into your mug of choice + place in the microwave.
  4. Cook for 45 or until fully cooked.
  5. Let cool + top with your choice of toppings.
