Asian Salad mix

Cucumber, chopped

Tomato, cubbed

Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Squid, chopped

Shrimp, small or cut into bite size pieces

Lemon grass stalks

Directions
- Seafood Salad

Wash salad mix and set aside.

Sauté squid and shrimp with mashed lemon grass.

Mix sautéed squid and shrimp with salad, cucumber and tomato. Top with peanuts and green onions.
- Homemade Garlic Fish Sauce

Stir fish sauce and sugar until dissolved.

Squeeze lemon and set aside.
