Blueberry Peach Fruit Roll-ups

Create tasty dehydrated fruit roll-ups that both kids and adults will devour. They only take minutes and the oven does all the work. Blueberry Powder can be added to any seasonal fruit creation for an added bonus of fiber and antioxidants. —Bow Hill Blueberries

  • Prep time 10 minutes
  • Cook time 5 hours
  • Makes 2 sheet pans (18” x 13”)
Ingredients
  • 6 fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup Bow Hill Heirloom Blueberry Powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

Directions
  1. Blanch and peel the peaches.
  2. Chop roughly and add to a food processor with the powder, lemon juice and honey. Process until smooth.
  3. Line two 18”x13” sheet pans with baking silicone mats. The mixture will stick to parchment or foil. Spread the puree 1/8” to ¼” thick over the mats.
  4. Turn oven setting to warm, approximately 150°-170°F.
  5. Place in oven and let dry for 5-7 hours.
  6. They should be pliable and flexible when done, not tacky or brittle.
  7. Cut into strips and enjoy!
