Feed your body and your brain with a base of free-radical-fighting blueberries blended with ingredients that cleanse the liver and lower inflammation: cucumber, lemon, ginger and mint. —Bow Hill Blueberries

Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 inch cube of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 sprig mint for garnish

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with sprig of mint.
