The perfect cookie combination of sweet white chocolate chips, with salty macadamia nuts. A simple yet delicious cookie recipe that whips up in just minutes. —Dash of Amy

  • 1 stick organic butter
  • 2 tablespoons organic half and half
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1/2 cup organic brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
In This Recipe
  1. Combine butter, half and half, vanilla, egg, and both sugars in a mixing bowl.
  2. Using a stand mixer, or electric beater, mix the ingredients together until creamy.
  3. Add the salt, baking soda, and flour; mix until blended.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and nuts; mix until incorporated.
  5. Spray a cookie sheet, and drop spoonfuls of the batter on the sheet leaving some space between them.
  6. Bake at 375* for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
