Take a delicious standard smoothie to a new level with this smoothie bowl that features blueberry powder. It feels more like making art than a smoothie —Bow Hill Blueberries

  • Cook time 5 minutes
  • Makes 1 smoothie bowl
Ingredients
  • Ingredients to Blend into Smoothie Bowl:
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries (or sub 1 cup of blueberries for frozen cherries)
  • 1 serving of your favorite plain or vanilla flavored protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or agave syrup
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • Ingredient to Top Smoothie Bowl With:
  • 1 tablespoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hulls
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped raw almonds and pecans

Directions
  1. Blend together appropriate ingredients in one bowl.
  2. Top and garnish with appropriate ingredients.
