cups Rolled Oats
cups Milk (Regular or nut milk)
tablespoon Chia seeds
tablespoons Berries (I used leftover freeze dried ones)
tablespoon sliced almonds
In This Recipe
- Take a small lidded glass jar or container. Add the ingredients in the following order - oats, milk, chia seeds, berries, almonds.
- Cover the container and refrigerate overnight.
- Take out and savor!
