Nuts, seeds, and greens are an energizing trio. High in hunger-busting, antioxidant-rich healthy fats, they also feature a wide spectrum of nutrients from which you can get most of your essential vitamins and some much-needed minerals (such as magnesium) in which many people are deficient.

Plain Protein Powder

Plain Full-Fat Greek Yogurt

Water

Spinach or Kale

1/2 cup
Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

2 tablespoons
Chopped Almonds

2 tablespoons
Ground Flaxseed

1/4 cup
Almond or Peanut Butter
Directions

Place the protein powder, yogurt, water, spinach or kale, and almond or peanut butter in a blender.

Blend until smooth, then divide between two bowls.

Sprinkle the strawberries, almonds, and flaxseed in straight lines over the smoothie bowl. Serve immediately
