Grilled Guacamole

Add a bit of smokey flavor to your next bowl of guacamole and easily double the recipe to serve a party!

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1.5 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper

  1. Have your grill or grill pan heating up.
  2. Cut your avocado in half + remove the seed.
  3. Brush the avocado with oil + place on the grill flesh side down.
  4. Place all vegetables + seasoning and mix.
  5. Lastly, add in the lemon and mix on last time + it is ready to serve or store in a glass container!
