Game Day Peanut Butter Cookies are a classic favorite! Cheer on your favorite team with these moist, chewy and delicious treats! A perfectly simple dessert for all parties and celebrations!

Ingredients

1 cup
brown sugar

1/2 cup
butter

egg

1/2 teaspoon
vanilla

1 cup
peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon
baking soda

1 1/2 cups
flour
Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine brown sugar and butter. Beat well.
Add egg, vanilla, peanut butter and baking soda. Beat on high until creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Mix in flour.
Roll dough into 1" balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Press with fork.
Bake 9 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
These store and freeze well.
Yield: 36 cookies
