Strawberries & Whipped Cream

Made only in June from fresh-picked strawberries. I don't think anyone can doubt that a perfect strawberry is the perfect fruit. —Eric Liftin

  • Serves 12
  • 12 handfuls Strawberries
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups sugar
In This Recipe
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Do not cut off the ends. Halve them if they are large.
  2. In a mixing bowl or standing mixer combine cream, vanilla, and sugar. Mix at high speed just until stiff and ridges form in surface. Do not overmix.
  3. Spoon cream onto berries and enjoy!
