Candied Macadamia Nuts

I love making candied nuts for the holidays. They're the perfect gluten free dessert, appetizer or snack.


Serves: 4


  • 2 cups macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
In This Recipe


  1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Place in a pyrex baking dish
  3. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned
  4. Cool and serve
