Ingredients
  • 8 ounces crumbled Roquefort cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 bunch seedless grapes
Directions
  1. Combine blue cheese and sour cream in a bowl. The consistency should not be too dry, but not too runny.
  2. Coarsely chop walnuts. Add nuts to a separate shallow bowl.
  3. Roll grapes in blue cheese mixture. Then roll grapes in the chopped nuts.
  4. I like to make these a day ahead of an event. Store in refrigeration to allow them to set. Serve either chilled or at room temperature.

Thanks for the tip. I was in a hurry when I made the ones pictured above. I was going for the rustic look.

I normally let the cheese come to room temperature which also helps for an even coating.

Cheers!

I like the taste of grapes with a blue cheese, it's a great cocktail nibble. You can get a smoother coating by beating the blue cheese with cream cheese and thinning a little with a spoon or two of cream. The coating will cover the grape. I roll in very finely chopped walnuts or pecans, then chill.
