Only four ingredients go into this tasty energy ball that is perfect for breakfast, pre-energy workout, post workout, a sweet tooth, or a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 15 dates
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/4 cup cacao powder

Directions
- Step 1
Using a food processor, start by chopping the walnuts.
- Step 2
Add the dates, and mix on high until a ball forms.
- Step 3
Add the peanut butter and cacao powder, and mix on high until ingredients are incorporated.
- Step 4
Place 1/4 cup cacao powder in a shallow dish and roll about 2 teaspoons of the date mixture into balls.
- Step 5
Roll the balls all around in the powder, and place in a tupperware container and store in the freezer.
