What You'll Need
  • 2 tablespoons Olivio Original made with California Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 2 slices Black Forest Ham
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Place Olivio Original and cream in the center of a gratin dish
  3. Place gratin dish under broiler for 1-2 minutes and keep a close eye so as not to burn the mixture
  4. Stage remaining ingredients; sliced ham, 2 eggs cracked in small bowls, minced herbs, grated cheese, salt and pepper
  5. When the Olivio Buttery Spread has melted, pull the gratin dish out and quickly lay down the ham
  6. Gently pour the eggs on top
  7. Sprinkle with cheese, herbs and salt and pepper to taste
  8. Place back under the broiler for about 5 minutes or until the whites are cooked through and the cheese has started to lightly brown
  9. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley and serve with toast
  10. Enjoy!
