Ingredients

1.5 cups
Rolled Oats

1/4 cup
Cashew Pieces

1/4 cup
Cashew Butter

1 tablespoon
Chia Seeds

1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon

1 pinch
Salt

1/4 cup
Dark Chocolate

2 tablespoons
Maple Syrup

2 tablespoons
Melted Coconut Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl beside the dark chocolate chips.

In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil and cashew butter together.

Then mix in everything else besides the egg whites.

Pour the wet into the dry and mix until well combined.

Next crack in the egg white and mix until well combined.

Place on the baking sheet in one layer and bake for 15-minutes.

After 15-minutes, stir the granola and break up any large clusters.

Bake for another 10-15-minutes until golden brown.

Let cool for 10-15-minutes before adding dark chocolate chips and store in a mason jar.
