Ready to Thrive! Green Smoothie

1/2 cup
of plain non-fat Greek yogurt

1/4 cup
of almond milk (or your preferred liquid base)

1
sliced kiwi

1 sprig
of mint for garnish
Directions

Dump frozen fruit from Ready To Thrive! cup into blender

Add plain non-fat Greek yogurt and almond milk into blender

Blend until desired thickness

Pour smoothie back into the reusable Ready To Thrive! cup and garnish with sliced kiwi and mint
