Simple fried rice anyone can make —singaporeanchef

  • Prep time 5 minutes
  • Cook time 20 minutes
  • Serves 20
Ingredients
  • 6 cups Fried rice
  • 3/4 cup Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ground curry

Directions
  1. Heat a medium skillet on high heat
  2. Melt butter and mix sesame oil into skillet
  3. Gradually add in chilled rice
  4. Mix in soy sauce and curry (meat optional)
  5. Continue cooking until rice is brown
